Personal Views give you the ability to save a filtered, edited Report or Dashboard for future access. Both user types have the ability to create a Personal View of Dashboards and Reports. To create a Personal View, select Create Personal View under the File menu in a Dashboard or the Report Home menu in a Report.
Personal views can be accessed and managed from the Alerts & Subscriptions or My Subscriptions folder.
