The Analytics Metrics Guide is a helpful document that lists the most common metrics, abbreviations, and calculations used within SPS Commerce Analytics. The Metrics Guide is located in Training Center, and can be accessed several ways:
From the Analytics home screen, click "Metrics Guide" in the Training box. This will open a new tab with the PDF Metrics Guide that can be downloaded or printed.
The Metrics Guide can also be accessed within each of the Analytics Training Center courses under the following sections:
Collaboration Analytics Course - Additional Documentation Section
Retailer Performance Analytics Course - Additional Resources Section
Supplier Performance Analytics Course - Reporting - Beginner Section
NOTE: You will need to be logged in to Training Center to access the Metrics Guide.
