Within SPS Performance Analytics, any user may export reports, dashboards, individual datasets, and dashboard visualizations for print or offline viewing in various file types.
To export an entire report, select the desired file type to export in the Export menu of the Report Home drop-down menu.
To export an entire dashboard, select Export to PDF in the File drop-down menu.
Reminder: When exporting entire dashboards, the interactive features such as tooltips will not be available in the exported document.
To export an individual dataset or visualization of a dashboard, click to expand the menu of the vertical ellipses in the upper right-hand corner of the desired selection to export. Then select the desired file type in the Export menu.
