Power Users have the ability to share custom-created assets as well as edited Reports and Dashboards with other users within their account. There are two ways a user can share a report or dashboard in Performance Analytics:
Within the Report (or Dashboard)
Step | Instruction | Image |
1 | First, save your report by clicking on REPORT HOME (Dashboards have the File drop down menu) and select Create Personal View. |

2 | Rename the report and click OK to save. |

3 | Now that the report is saved, click on REPORT HOME (Dashboards have the File drop down menu) and click on Save As. | 
|
4 | Click on the drop down menu and select the Shared Reports folder. | 
|
5 | Next, click on the Shared Dashboards folder. | 
|
6 | Rename the report or dashboard and edit the description to your liking. Then click OK to save it into the Shared Dashboards folder for all to access. |

7 | The report or dashboard will now be located in the Shared Dashboards folder for all under your company account to access. | 
|
💡Users cannot edit your original report or dashboard that you save to the Shared Dashboards folder. If they make modifications, they can save it to their own personal folder.
💡If you save to the Shared Reports folder, only Power Users will be able to access it there.
At the Folder Level

1 | Locate the saved report or dashboard in it's respective folder (Ex: My Reports folder), right-click on it, and select Copy. |

3 | Click on Shared Dashboards. |

4 | Rename the report or dashboard and edit the description to your liking. Then click OK to save it into the Shared Dashboards folder for all to access. |

5 | The report or dashboard will now be located in the Shared Dashboards folder for all under your company account to access. |
