To see On Order (OO) movement from a Distribution Center (DC) or Warehouse, utilize the "Add View Filter Condition" feature along with the following metrics in Performance Analytics:

Metrics:

  • SPS_Location_Type = Shows Brick & Mortar (STORE), eCommerce (INTERNET) and Distribution Center/ DC/ Warehouse channels (OTHER/DC/WAREHOUSE).

  • TY WTD UNITS OO = This Year Week-to-Date Units On Order.

  • TY WTD UNITS SLS = This Year Week-to-Date Unit Sales.

Add View Filter Conditions using the Best Practice Inventory Opportunities report

  1. In Performance Analytics, open the Dashboards folder > Best Practice Reports folder.

  2. Select any desired filters (Ex: which Retailer(s) to show data for in the report) in the prompt screen and run the report.

  3. Open the DATA drop-down menu > Add View Filter Condition.

  4. Select the metric to filter the report to.

    Ex: TY WTD UNITS SLS.

  5. Select the condition (Ex: Greater than or equal to), type in the amount, and click Apply.

    1. To add any additional filter(s), click Add Condition and follow the above steps three and four again.

Ex: Add in TY WTD UNITS OO greater than or equal to 0.

  6. Once all desired filters are applied, move the "SPS_Location_Type" attribute to the first position of the "PAGE-BY" axis section.

  7. Click on the drop-down menu and select "OTHER","WAREHOUSE" or "DC" to see Distribution Center Sales.

  8. Click on the "REPORT HOME" drop-down menu to export the DC report.

💡We recommend downloading via "Excel with Formatting."

On Order (OO) movements from a Distribution Center (DC) or Warehouse can now be viewed and exported.

Continue to "Page-By" the other SPS_Location_Type's (E.g., STORE or INTERNET) to review, then export and compare performance via those channels as well!
